A closer look at 2017 Mercedes Metris: another cozy passenger van
The Mercedes Sprinter heavy haulers make our hearts beat. Of course, it also applies to the fresh 2017 Mercedes Metris. Notwithstanding its gasoline powertrain, it drives exactly as a 3/4-size version of the Sprinter. One shouldn’t regard it as another alternative for the Chrysler Pacifica minivan, for example. The car maker meant exactly fleet use for the vehicle. At least it clearly follows from the car’s amenities and interior trim.
You won’t discover recline features in the rear rows of its seats. Anything like Stow 'n Go isn’t available here. You might complaint at its quite outdated infotainment system as well as industrial hard plastics scattered around the interior, but anyway 2017 Mercedes Metris is perfectly equipped for the intended market. It will be undoubtedly good for airport parking services and hotel shuttles. It’s a nice work van and in this regard it has few rivals, indeed.
For large families it will more than suffice. Those interested in the purchase should put aside $46,000 if they intend to own a fully loaded version.
